Privacy Policy

Nova Merge is a mobile game developed by Vishal Singh ("we," "us," "the developer"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Nova Merge collects, how it is used, and your choices, for both the iOS and Android versions of the app (bundle ID com.vishalsync.novamerge).

Nova Merge has no account, no login, and no sign-in of any kind — there has never been a way to create a profile or identify you personally within the app.

Your gameplay progress — scores, in-game currency, unlocked themes, and streaks — is stored only on your device, using standard local device storage (shared_preferences). It is never transmitted to any server we operate, and we have no copy of it.

Beyond local gameplay data, the only information collected is gathered by the third-party services described below, not by us directly.

Nova Merge uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — shows interstitial and rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) to serve and measure ads. For users in the EEA and UK, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow runs on first launch so you can control ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics — collects aggregate, anonymized usage analytics such as runs played, scores, session length, and crash/diagnostic data, to help us understand how the app is used and fix problems. See Firebase's Privacy and Security policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — processes all in-app purchases. Payment and card details are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see or store them.

Nova Merge offers two one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases: Remove Ads and a cosmetic theme pack. There are no subscriptions, no consumable purchases, and no loot boxes or gacha-style mechanics.

All purchases are processed through Apple's or Google's billing systems. Purchases are non-refundable directly through us; refund requests go through Apple's or Google's standard store refund process.

The limited information described above is used only to: save your local game progress on your device, show and measure advertising through Google AdMob, understand aggregate app usage and diagnose crashes through Firebase Analytics, and process in-app purchases through Apple/Google billing. We do not sell your information, and we do not operate a server that stores personal data about you.

If you are in the EEA or UK, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow appears on first launch, letting you choose whether ads shown to you are personalized. You can also manage ad tracking and personalization at the operating-system level: on iOS via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and on Android via Settings > Privacy > Ads.

Nova Merge is not directed at children under 13. Because the app has no account or sign-in of any kind, we do not knowingly collect any personal profile data from any user, regardless of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at contact@vishalsync.com and we will investigate.

Your gameplay progress lives only on your device. Uninstalling Nova Merge deletes all of that locally stored data immediately — there is no server-side account for us to separately delete, because none exists.

Data collected by AdMob and Firebase Analytics is retained and deleted according to Google's own retention policies, not ours.

Because Nova Merge stores your gameplay data only on your own device rather than on a server we control, there is no central database of player data for us to secure or that could be breached on our end. Third-party services (AdMob, Firebase, Apple/Google billing) maintain their own security practices.

Because Nova Merge collects no personal profile data tied to an account, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete on request. Any rights relating to data collected by AdMob or Firebase Analytics (such as under GDPR or CCPA) are exercised through Google directly — see the links in the "Third-Party Services" section above.

Data collected by our third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics) may be processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States, under those providers' own data transfer safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add or remove a third-party service. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Nova Merge after a change means you accept the updated policy.
